Back to school day!

Only 7 days until Ayden starts Pre-school!! YEAH! Yes, I know I am a little too excited. As you can tell with our pre-school ticker count down.
Yesterday, Ayden got to go to Miss Jacque's and meet her teachers, Miss Jan and Miss Lori. She also got her school bag, her locker assignment ( #3), went on a sticker scavenger hunt, and got a yummy cookie and balloon. Dumb Mom, forgot her camera..so I took this picture when we got home. She loves her bag, especially how big it is..(probably because she thinks she can put a ton of crap in it, to take to school). She is so excited! I am looking forward to having some one on one with Addi a few hours a week.
Ayden and Jordan are going to have a great time!! Hopefully they'll be good little kiddies:)

Happy Birthday Addison Kate!!

Our little Addi's birthday is today! We had her party with our families on Sunday. She performed perfectly..she was so cute and funny eating her yummy cake. She got lots of fun things we are so lucky to have her as part of our family, she is a great little girl! We have been very fortunate, both of our girls have been such good babies and are so much fun! Happy Birthday Addison Kate!!!

Biggest Loser!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited for this show to being again! I thought it was sweet that Ali won last season! She looked amazing, she worked her butt off..literally! I have been watching this show since season 1, I have enjoyed all of the seasons, but last season bugged me with all of the drama and backstabbing that went on with everyone. I thought it was stupid all the crap that went on, I think their main focuse should be their weight loss not the team alliances. Anyway, enough nagging, I am just excited to watch the new season, Sept. 16.

Mountain Fun...and Fall Fever!!

I signed Ayden up for soccer today! She is a little too excited. She doesn't get the concept that soccer doesn't start for a few weeks. She is also happy because her buddies, Jordan and Drew will be on her team. They will be so cute and funny to watch!!!

Tonight, we went up to American Fork Canyon with Jon's extended family. We roasted hot dogs, marshmallows..the whole works. When Jon was younger, they used to go up every August for Jon's Great Grandma's b-day so this year Uncle Darrin thought it would be fun to continue this tradition. We played baseball, ate, talked, hung out..it was a great time. The weather was perfect, I am getting very ready for some cooler weather. I loved being outside and having to wear a jacket, I love fall and am ready for a change in the temperature.

Results are in...finally!

I finally received "the" call from my Dermatologists office. The mole on my cheek was fine, but the small red mark on my arm is cancer. Just great! She said of any cancer this is the best one, since we caught it so early, I have to put a cream on the spot once a day, Monday-Friday. No weekends. She also said this cream is full of "heavy duty" stuff ( I can't spell all the medical terms she used), so my arm will look pretty gross for 6 weeks. Just lovely!!!, but at least this should treat it. I will have to go back for a 6 week check up to make sure the cream did what it was supposed to. The nurse did warn me that the pictures that will accompany my prescription are quite graphic.....AWESOME DUDE!!

She said my arm could get: a rash, be raw, scab over, itch, be really sensitive and flat out look disgusting! Hopefully those of you that see me in the next 6 weeks won't be too grossed out by arm.

Date Night

Miss Ayden has been wanting to see Space Chimps. I figured it was time that she and I had a date. My parents watched Addi for us, we went to lunch, went shopping and then went to the movie.

I try and do a date with just Ayden every so often, since she gets the brush off a lot, thanks to her little sister. :)

She is so fun to be with, she loves to shop, eat lunch and do whatever else "Big Girls" do.

It doesn't get any better than popcorn and diet coke at the movies!

I would recommend this movie, it was pretty good and funny.

My favorite character was the Commander Chimp (aka: Putty from Seinfeld) he was so funny!!
