Only a football game..right?

I don't have too much to blog about. Although, yesterday at Jon's football game there was some excitement. The game was going normal, Jon's team was doing good. They are 3-o. I was playing with Ayden and Addi and trying to watch most of the game. The last quarter I was hardly watching, ( I was trying to rock Addi to sleep in her stroller). When another wife, asked," excuse me, is that your husband they are carrying off ther field?" I said, "probably not, I don't think they could carry Jon off the field."
I looked over and saw someone bent over with a shirt covering his nose. Oh my he** I have never seen a nose bleed so much or look so "jacked" up. I asked the other wife what happened and she said Willy collided with Jordan (who also is on Jon's team). Jordan ran backwards and didn't see Willy and they hit each other. I looked around for Jordan he was wondering around. I asked him if he was ok, his face looked a little swollen, but not bad. He said, "I don't know, I don't know." Not a good sign. You could tell they were in bad shape, besides what they looked like. They kept repeating themselves when they were asked a question and they kept asking what happened.
Willy's wife took him to the ER and Jon's cousin, Jeremy, took Jordan to the ER.
Jeremy called Jon last night to give him an update... Willy: broken nose, concussion, they had to put his nose back into place. OUCH! He also did something to his knee.
Jordan: broke several bones in his face, luckily it will heal on its own, no plates or anything, concussion, and has to see a ENT in a few weeks. Poor guys.
For a flag football game, some pretty bad injuries. Sad thing is, these are injuries that are going to take a long time to heal and they won't be able to go back to work for a few weeks and of course they are out for the season.
Get well and take care guys!

That sounds like some game. I'm glad it wasnt Jon that was hurt, but I still feel very bad.

I'm happy that it wasn't Jon. I was trying to picture somebody carrying Jon of the field, and it made me giggle a little:).
